Doug Hipskind is the founder of Seven North Advisors, where he provides fractional CFO and strategic financial advisory services to growing businesses. He works closely with founders, owners, and leadership teams to strengthen financial visibility, improve planning and reporting processes, and support informed strategic decision-making.

Doug brings extensive experience as a chief financial officer and finance executive across a range of industries, including hospitality, foodservice, real estate development, and financial services. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with management teams, private equity sponsors, and investors to guide financial strategy, support operational improvements, and help organizations navigate periods of growth and transition. 

His background includes financial planning and analysis, capital raising, acquisitions and due diligence, operational finance, and performance management. Doug is known for building strong cross-functional partnerships and helping leadership teams translate financial information into practical insight that supports better business decisions.
